I recently met an refugee family who has been here less than 2 months. A man with his wife and 4 young kids. He worked for USAID in the medical field when he was overseas. They were guaranteed to have funding for rent and utilities for several months after they arrived while the caseworker helped the husband search for a job. Due to recent executive orders, the funding for all expenses has been abruptly cut off as well as the help of his caseworker to help him find a job. I'm collecting funds to help them keep a roof over their heads and food on the table as they work to find income. He is actively looking for any option possible. Please join me in helping this family as they are suffering from unfulfilled promises of the U.S. Government.
