My name is Gabriela Raz.

On Monday, April 14th, my dad was rushed to the hospital due to an unexpected cardiac arrest. We had all hoped and prayed that he would get better. Unfortunately, after two long weeks, we were told that because he went too long without a heartbeat, he had permanent brain damage due to lack of oxygen. That being said, we were forced to make one of the hardest decisions any family member could make.

My dad was a great man and an even greater father. He helped out lots of people on a regular basis. He saw the good in people no matter what their past was. He most definitely did not deserve to go this way.

He leaves behind 6 children, with me being the oldest and his youngest being only 1.

This fundraiser is to help with his medical bills, memorial, and of course, to help support my younger sisters in this very difficult time.
