Aid for Precious's Family in Crisis

My name is Precious. I am the daughter and eldest child of Demetrica Williams. My mother died 8-18-23 of stage 4 colon cancer that warped to include ovarian cancer. My Husband children and I just moved from San Antonio Tx to North Carolina to stay in my childhood home. My brother and mother’s husband at the time of her death led me to believe the home was livable and only normal wear and tear were issues. We quickly realized on Day 1 of being here that was not the case. There is black mold, structural damage, rat feces, and more . I have two little girls who can not stay in that environment. Please help me reach this goal because of now we are technically home less after leaving job security and more on the hope and dream of saving my mothers house since my mothers husband wanted to sell it and I wanted to keep it which would be honoring my late mothers wishes. Any and all donations help especially until I can get a job which I have filled out applications and reached out to multiple places .
