My name is Phil. My mother was on vacation in the Dominican Republic when she fell walking in between two pools. She has recently been in the hospital in the states for a heart attack and then pneumonia when on vacation and slipped and fell breaking her femur bone requiring surgery. My father has had to front all the money to get her medically flown home and I am trying to Recover some of those funds for him and my mother. Anything you can do would be a great help.
