Hi friends and family,

Our sweet cat Pepe had a sudden medical emergency. He developed a urinary blockage, which prevents him from being able to urinate. We learned quickly that this condition can become fatal within a very short time if not treated immediately.

After already losing two of our beloved dogs, we were terrified of losing another pet. We rushed Pepe to the emergency vet where he required a catheter procedure and an overnight hospital stay to save his life.

Thankfully, he is home and recovering but the total cost of his emergency care came to just over $4,000.

I just started a new job, and Taylor is currently in the process of applying for disability, so this unexpected expense has been overwhelming for our family.
