This appeal concerns a dear friend—an exceptional human being—who, several years ago, was involved in a serious accident aboard a Venezuelan Air Force helicopter, sustaining severe spinal injuries. Following a long and arduous recovery, he resumed his duties within the military institution; having completed his studies and fulfilled his active service commitment, he retired and moved to Chile, where he currently resides. However, the lingering aftereffects of that accident have resurfaced; he is currently suffering from medical conditions resulting in the paralysis of his upper limbs and significant limitations in performing his daily activities. It is for this reason that we respectfully reach out to request assistance in raising funds for medical examinations, specialized diagnostic tests, and surgery, so that he may continue to make a positive contribution to humanity.
