Aid for Olivia's Band (And PDX Mutual Aid Fund)

On March 9th, COVID-19 collapsed the music industry, affecting thousands of small (and large) bands, venues, and promoters worldwide and putting them out of a job for an undetermined amount of time. My band was directly affected by this, losing more than $5,000 worth of gigs, residencies, and festivals.

I feel horrible that my band (and I) planned our lives around these tours (practicing weekly for the last 4 months, taking time off work, leaving jobs, etc), and I want to make sure we make it through the next few months and can keep the momentum we have going as a group. We plan to be a band for a long time and to tour hard. With your help, we can stay on course!

As a thank you and to play our part (beyond creating music), we will donate a portion of the money raised to Portland's COVID-19 Mutual Aid Fund, which benefits hourly workers, sex workers and service industry workers who have all lost their jobs in the last week. You can donate directly to them here:

We'll be playing multiple live-streamed online shows over the next few weeks. You can follow along at or on Instagram: @Olivia_awbrey where we'll keep posting online set times for the participating band members.

Thank you and much love out there. We will get through this.
