Ohio Substitute Teacher's Summer Financial Struggles

I have held off doing this because of pride, humiliation, and my own sense of autonomy, but I am having great financial hardship that I just cannot seem to break out of anytime soon. I am an Ohio substitute public schoolteacher, but I am laid off for the summer and quite behind on my bills. The Department of Unemployment is being very difficult about my case, and I cannot find temporary work while I work on my full teaching licensure.
