Aid 4 Nina’s Housing and Medical expenses

My name is Nina, I am 21 years old, chronically ill, and will be homeless by the end of the month. 

It’s hard to know where to start, but I guess I will go into why I made this funding page. Please only donate if you are able to comfortably, sharing is just as appreciated. (Edit: amount has been updated after seeing one of the medical bills for the ambulance is 5k alone.)

I have various chronic medical conditions that impact my ability to work. I have been looking for online work while applying for disability but have struggled greatly. In late middle school I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia on top of my chronic migraines. This was all very sudden and confusing for me and my mom, who raised me as a single parent. I went into treatment which was thankfully covered by my insurance for the most part, but as years went on I struggled greatly with my mental health as well. was going through a very tough situation at home with family and I ended up hospitalized multiple times over my late teens. Because of the COVID pandemic and my autoimmune conditions, I wasn’t able to finish highschool. I am looking now to get my GED or other certificates, but also require payment for some testing/courses.  I put in a lot of work and did over a year and a half of specialized group therapies and individual, and I managed to get to a place where I look forward to life and am at peace with myself. However, I had to move out, due to my home situation sending me right back to an awful mental state, to the point where it started to affect me physically. I started having new symptoms that I still haven’t found an answer to and my level of stress was raising my cholesterol and blood pressure and I constantly was feeling sick. I was very lucky to have somebody close to me help me in leaving my home situation, and assisted me with housing/payments for a few months. Unfortunately, this last week they were in a severe car accident which led them to be hospitalized, their car is totaled, etc. They have no medical insurance and as bills are stacking, they can no longer help me out. My mother has also just slipped in an elevator accident and fractured her knee, making her unable to work l/move around and on top of that they’d recently lost their job as well.

Donation money would go to housing, utilities, food, and trying to assist my family with their new medical bills and my own medical needs. I am trying to apply for housing and look for work and sell my things online but I I have been very unlucky and haven’t even been able to keep up with my medical appointments and tests. I don’t have a vehicle, and managing everything alone with my mental and physical conditions has been extremely difficult, and is sending me back to a low mental state. I have dreams and things I want to achieve, but I really need some support. As much as that can be hard to admit. Now that I finally want to live, it feels like everything is pushing me back into a struggle I can’t fall into.
