Aid for Nicole's Dad: A Veteran in Need

Donation protected
Hey everyone! I know I’ve been trying to keep everyone updated with my bestie (my pops). Who is a veteran of the army. Where he was a military police officer, believe it or not!! He is my hero! Always been there for me, helped me in times of need, and never judged me or gave up on me. I’m sure everyone read about how he had to go to the hospital 2 times about his back and spinal cord injury he has. I’m truly terrified, as now he sees a neurosurgeon. Scariest part is, they think brain fluid may be leaking into his infected spinal cord. He has lost about 60 pounds and went from 6’3” to 5’7” (my height). So everyone who has ever met my dad knows he is the best. I mean, what 77-year-old do you know that watches RuPaul's Drag Race and went to a drag show before stuff started going downhill? He is also on his fourth pacemaker and will be due to get a new one soon. What I am asking from my amazing Facebook friends and family is to help me get the recliner I posted above in the pictures. I have some credit I can put towards it. My dad's recliner gave out, and he has a really hard time getting out of it. I’m scared he is going to lose his balance and fall, which he doesn’t need to go through that again for sure!! For those of you who have known my dad, KNOW MY DAD ADOPTS ANYONE I BRING TO THE HOUSE. Our house is a safe house as he even hung a pride flag which says everyone is welcome here along with his American flag. I would love to surprise him with this chair from his adopted kids I brought around and/or any family! He deserves it with everything he has been through being sick while taking care of mom and her disease. When most guys have a midlife crisis, they leave their wife and buy a Corvette. Not my daddy; he became a full-time nurse for my mom when they figured out she had a brain disease and only gave her a year. Well, she proved them wrong by living 17 more years. He is tired and hurting, yet still helps Liam or me when we have surgeries. His phone is on 24/7 in case anyone needs anything. He would give you the shirt off his back! The past 8 years have been filled with loss in the family. He’s broken-hearted and tired. I would love to surprise him with this amazing chair this summer. ANYTHING HELPS! Even a dollar… OR EVEN SHARE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! Much love Nicole the entire amount will be put to the chair along with having someone put it together and the last ten will go to the trash company to pick up the old one
