On Tuesday, July 29th around 11PM in downtown Indianapolis, my younger sister was celebrating her 21st birthday. Her and her boyfriend decided to take one last short stroll down town and decided to hop on some electric scooters. Shortly after jumping on for a ride, Nadya went into to the road and was struck by an oncoming vehicle. When authorities arrived onsite, she was unresponsive and life saving measures were taken to get her back stable. Once she arrived at the hospital, she had immediate surgery on her spleen and a craniotomy to relieve pressure in her brain. She is in critical condition and in a medically induced coma. I am asking for donations for our family for food & bills as this is going to be a long road to recovery for her and they will be missing a lot of work to be there and spend time with her. The hospital is also around 40 minutes from their home so travel expenses will rack up quickly. Anything is appreciated during this very difficult time.
