My 5-year-old daughter recently survived a devastating car accident while in the care of her father. Without my knowledge, he took my car. I received the most terrifying call a parent can get — there had been a crash. He was fleeing from the police when the car collided head-on with another vehicle, then spun and hit a second .
My daughter was badly hurt. She suffered multiple cuts and bruises, including facial injuries that required stitches. The seatbelt caused internal trauma, resulting in a fluid leak near her lower organs. She underwent a CT scan and ultrasound, where doctors had to closely monitor her conditions because she also lives with sickle cell disease.
The car is completely totaled, leaving us without transportation, and her medical expenses are already adding up. I'm doing everything I can to stay strong for her, but I need help. I’m humbly asking for support to help cover her medical bills, ongoing treatment, and transportation needs during this difficult time.
