Not sure where to begin, but I’m starting this GoFundMe for my mother who has just received the news that she has Stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma of the lung/esophagus. Things have been extremely difficult as she has been unable to work. She’s lost nearly 50 lbs in just 3 short months due to a mass pressing against her windpipe. Doctors have placed a stent during her biopsy to prevent her esophagus from collapsing. She begins her first round of port chemo on Thursday, 5/21. Every penny helps and is greatly appreciated.
