Aid for Michael's Stroke Recovery Expenses

My name is Angelika. I am the mother of Michael Roy.

March 2nd marks the 3rd year of Michael's stroke. He is paralyzed on the left side. There were ups and downs. The past months mostly downs with numerous trips to the emergency room. He had one serious fall which required stitches in his chin, a broken nose, and a chipped tooth. More recently, he is suffering from seizures. As a result, Michael spends most of his time in a wheelchair. The 911 calls for an ambulance add to the already existing unpaid medical bills. Since August 2024, Michael was granted Medicare after a 2-year battle with Social Security. It helps but does not cover all treatments and medications Michael requires. My own resources are exhausted.

My goal is to raise $ 10,000 to cover outstanding medical bills. Every dollar toward the cause is helpful.
