I hate asking for help, so writing this is uncomfortable, but I’ve hit a point where I can't manage this alone.

I’ve been running my independent business for a year now, but over the last four months, my health completely crashed. We are actively working toward a chronic illness diagnosis; it is the remaining path as my medical team runs tests to pinpoint the exact condition.

What we know right now is that fluid buildup is creating dangerous pressure on my brain & nerves. This pressure has caused a half-empty sella and is directly threatening my vision.

On a daily basis, I am managing an overwhelming wave of severe symptoms:

Neurological & Mobility Issues: Numbness in my hands & feet, uncontrollable shaking, brain fog, memory issues, and days where I am unable to walk (I recently had to order a cane, which has been emotionally heavy to process, but necessary).

Systemic Crashes: Severe blood pressure drops, blood sugar crashes, constant infection outbreaks & extreme exhaustion where I can't stay awake or get out of bed.

Chronic Pain: Severe, constant pain throughout my head, neck, & back.

Simply standing up starves my brain of oxygen, making daily life and running my business unsafe without support. While I navigate this medical battle, I am in need of help establishing basic stability so I can safely function, protect my health, and keep my livelihood alive.

Medical Service Dog & Gear: A fully trained service dog (costing $15,000–$30,000) to alert me before I pass out or crash so I can sit down, brace me when I lose balance, and fetch items so I don't have to bend over, which dangerously spikes my head pressure.

Medical Devices & Health Supplies: Specialized equipment, monitoring tools, and stability gear to manage my symptoms safely at home.

Basic Living & Business Survival: Covering essential personal bills and temporary operational help so my business can survive while my working capacity is severely limited.
