I have been having some medical stuff (lots of symptoms that take me out) going on that after several months, stopped me from being able to work.

But I need help. I can't pay co-pays, buy groceries/necessities, or pay any bills. Anything helps as I await short-term disability to come through, which probably won't be until 2026.
