Hello everyone,
It is with a heavy heart to announce that my father Don Lee 88 of Fresno, CA has unfortunately passed away on Friday July 11th. My dad was a devoted father and husband to my mom and a dear friend. He is survived by his wife Yingyi Lee, his daughter Tammy Lee, and his siblings Jone Lee, David Lee and Julia Lee.
Don and his mother fled China during the Japanese invasion, and later arrived in the US in 1947, but unfortunately had to spend months in a concentration camp. Don and his mother later settled in Fresno, CA once released from the concentration camp and he is an alumni of Edison High School. Go Tigers! After graduation, Don enlisted in the US Navy to fight in the Vietnam war. While enlisted, he was stationed on the USS Enterprise for five years before being discharged. After being discharged, Don has never stopped working until the he was 75.
Don was taken from us suddenly, and the household is financially unprepared for the expense that lie ahead, which include not only the memorial but also the funeral and burial expenses.
Don unfortunately lost his fight to Alzheimer's/dementia and his name was called to have a seat in heaven. If you would like to donate to help the Lee Family lay Don to rest, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts.
Tammy L.
