On what should have been a normal day, Sam’s life was taken far too soon after being struck by a car hauler in a parking lot while holding her baby girl, Marley—an incident that appears to be linked to a possible drug impairment on the part of the driver. In a split second, the lives of everyone who loved her were changed forever.

Sam was more than just a victim of this senseless tragedy—she was a vibrant, kind, and selfless soul. A devoted mother to her 1-year-old daughter, Marley, a loving stepmother of 5-year-old, Roman, a cherished daughter and sister, and a loyal friend to so many. Her warmth, laughter, and unconditional love will never be forgotten.

Kyle, her husband and now a grieving single father, is facing the unimaginable. While holding onto his own grief, he must now raise their baby girl and Roman without the love of his life by his side. Miraculously, baby Marley also sustained impact in the accident but is expected to be okay—a blessing amidst the heartbreak.
