Aid for Kirk Middle Schools Lissa Miller

This GoFundMe Campaign is on behalf of one of Delaware Kirk Middle Schools most passionate and dedicated DaP (Delaware Autisim Program) teachers  Lissa J Miller whose daughter Kelsie Miller Tragically passed away on Saturday April 3, 2021.  Speaking as a parent with a son of whom is high on the spectrum, Lissa as well as her staff, have been an integral part of my sons development as she has for other students in her class. Particularly during this era of remote learning where despite her own personal affairs has always put her students first and foremost even going as far as to offer personal visits to her students if they needed the aid.

In Kelsies passing she leaves behind an 11 month old daughter Charlotte, that will now be in Lissas care in addition to the responsibilities she has as an educator to her students, all while enduring an unimaginable heartache no parent should experience. As such I appeal to my fellow parents and all those who are able, to donate toward this campaign.  100% of these funds will be used toward paying Kelsies funeral expenses as well as aid in caring for Lissas  granddaughter Charlotte. These are difficult times for us all so whatever you can donate is dearly appreciated, if nothing else to give back and provide some small measure of comfort and support to someone who has given so much to us.
