Aid for Kimchi and His Dental Issues

My neighbor suddenly passed away and her 5 housecats were thrown outside. I was able to catch and find homes for all except this cat, Kimchi. A failed trapping attempt made him disappear for about a month. Since returning, he was very skinny and malnourished, with missing patches of fur. He has been outside for a few months now and has slowly started to trust me. He is hissing a lot and in pain due to suspected dental issues. He sits with his mouth open and yellow liquid often drips down. I am hoping to get Kimchi to the vet for an exam, vaccines, neuter, and his dental issues taken care of. I am a low-income college student and already care for a colony of 14 strays/abandoned cats. No rescues in my area will take Kimchi and my local shelter will euthanize him, so I am hoping to bring him inside and work on finding him a forever home.
