I am 35 years old and have been doing kidney dialysis for over 5 years. My transplant team recommended fundraising to help with travel expenses I am 1:30 hours from the transplant center I have two children who are still dependent on me. I am close to having a kidney transplant and would appreciate any help that I can get. It’s overwhelming a lot of days! Thank you to anyone who’s willing to help me.
