My name is Kayann Thompson, born and raised in Trelawny, Jamaica. I am reaching out with a broken heart asking for your generous contribution to help my family and neighbors who became homeless by Hurricane Melissa.

On October 28th, 2025, Hurricane Melissa passed through Jamaica, causing many to be displaced. The people of Jamaica are facing physical, psychological, and economic hardship. My family and friends are experiencing the hardest loss of everything they ever owned. They have no electricity, clean water, and not enough food, and will experience complete destruction for months to come.

Please help my family during this challenging time as they start all over. Every dollar will be spent buying non-perishable food, clothing, and basic essentials of life.
