Last night, our lives changed forever. My sister’s husband, Josh, was killed in a motorcycle accident. One moment he was here - a husband, a dad, the rock of his family - and in an instant, he was gone.

Josh was everything to my sister and their two boys, Bryden and Kasen. He worked hard every day to provide for them, to make sure they were safe, cared for, and loved. He was their protector, their provider, their hero. Now they’re facing the impossible - grieving the loss of the man who was their whole world, while also trying to figure out how to keep going without the security he gave them.

My sister has just lost her husband. The boys have just lost their dad. And on top of that, the bills don’t stop, the funeral costs are overwhelming, and the future feels so uncertain.
