John’s Fight: From Injury to Recovery
Donation protected
On Thanksgiving night, John was dropping off some friends downtown after dinner when he noticed a few women running through a parking lot towards their car with three men in pursuit. He realized it didn't look like a safe situation for them and decided to intervene. Once he was seen by the men, they turned their attention to him. They attacked and beat him, fracturing his skull, breaking his orbital bone, and causing a brain bleed, and left him bleeding in the parking lot. Luckily, he was later found and eventually transported to a nearby hospital. After 16 hours in the hospital and countless tests, he was able to go home. Unfortunately, he has a long road to recovery and will be out of work for a while.
With it being the Christmas season and John being the main provider of the household for his niece, nephew, and son, I am creating this page to help relieve some of the financial burden that is to come.
