Hello everyone, first thank you for taking the time out of your day to read. My name is Joann and I am a struggling single mother of two wonderful boys. Sadly I am having to reach down beyond my pride to ask any angels for help to keep a roof over my family’s heads. I have sickle cell disease and my 13 year old son does as well along with him having Down Syndrome so my plate is very heavy and full, with my mounting health issues with monthly blood exchanges and recent discovery of liver damage I have not been able to work and sadly I am on a limited monthly income. Bills and rent are mounting on me and I do everything alone! I know that I am not the only single mother in the world and it is very out of my realm to think I would have had to make such a plea for help but I promise every little bit helps. I’m not a bad person, not a criminal or anything of the sort I’m just a mother who’s sick, trying my best to raise my kids the right way and doing the best I can to maintain.
