Hi everyone my name is John and I am currently raising money for my sister Jessica and her family. My sister is currently at a local hospital in upstate NY because her liver is failing and needs a transplant in the next few months. She will be transported directly from the local hospital to a facility in Westchester near New York City. There she will be monitored by the facility up until her transplant which could take up to 6 months for a liver. Then recovery time could take even longer. With current rules at hospital, her kids are unable to visit because its flu season and give her the support she needs. Jessica is the rock of our family and I couldn't imagine life without her.

Jess and Dustin have 2 amazing kids that could really use your support. They have an amazing 10 year old son named Bryce, who has the biggest heart and loves to fish! They also have the happiest baby girl named Charleigh who just turned 1 in February. I can't forget about Daddy Dustin who is one of the greatest dads I know. He is the father of Charleigh and stepdad of Bryce. He is such a hard worker and it doesn't stop when he gets home. Unfortunately, he has had to miss alot of work lately to support Jessica in the hospital and stay home from work to watch his daughter.
