My name is Jerry.

I have been on furlough from my security job since 12/02/2025.

As of now me and my live in aunt are struggling badly. I have been putting in applications and running DoorDash but i can't make any head way and need to cover our bills.

My aunt is on home oxygen 24/7. She's a sweet woman, but has multiple health issues including chronic COPD, cirrhosis of the liver, stage four kidney failure, and early stages of heart failure along with mental issues.

I have put in applications everywhere i can find my skill set useful on Indeed, Jobs.com, amd other sites as well as in person but haven't had any call backs for interviews.

03/04/2026 Update:

Where i've been juggling running DoorDash and taking care of her my car has been bearing the beating as well. Needs a tune up, an oil leak checked sensors replaced, a window actuator and a few other fixes, but but my savings are depleted just keeping the lights on and my phone active.

I'm at my wit's end and i'm needing help A.S.A.P.

Well folks. My life has stalled. Car needs a mechanic as it's either blown the head gasket, snapped a piston ring, or blown a valve seal today.

It's not throwing a check engine code and without it having any idea what's happened i need to get it repaired or replace the car completely till i can get it fixed.

At this point i'm just ready to give up. No donors to my cause, no way to make a living, no transportation to get to job interviews...
