Hello, my name is Jay and this is a tough thing for me to do as I don't like asking for help on this type of scale, but I've used GoFundMe for help in the past with rough situations and the help and support we've received was wonderful, so I'm asking for that help and support again as my wife and I are going through a very rough patch. She suffers from Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease and is on Peritoneal dialysis while waiting to get a kidney transplant. Since being on the dialysis, she's has some complications that led to her being in and out of the hospital for the past month, causing her to miss work and putting us behind on important expenses and needs, so I'm starting this GoFundMe because my wife is a wonderful soul who's a very hard worker and loves her job, so seeing her going through this trouble has been incredibly heartbreaking. Any and all donations can help us with utilities, food and some minor assistance needed and if you're not able to donate, but want to help us out, just spreading the word would be a godsend.
