Aid for James and His Father: Recovering from Fire

Hello, I am Alexandria Brondsema (Maguire), and my son James and his father just lost everything in a house fire on the afternoon of Friday, November 15th, 2024.

Thank goodness James was riding the bus to my house after school that day, but his father wasn’t so lucky. He received 3rd degree burns on both hands trying to save anything he could, but the smoke and flames went up so fast there wasn’t much he could do.

I am trying to help them get their necessities and medical bills taken care of and findingvtheir new normal one day at a time, since James goes back and forth between our homes. Anything will help tremendously!

If you have boys' clothes/shoes or extra household items that you want to donate, you are more than welcome to drop them off anytime at 1945 Swift Avenue. Thank you in advance for all the donations. I know my son will be very grateful.
