Aid for Israel's Legal and Family Needs

My name is Lizbeth, I am the niece of the beneficiary of this GFM.

On Wednesday morning, while on the way to work, my uncle, his stepson, and my brother were unexpectedly pulled over by several unmarked vehicles in Norcross, GA. During this stop, agents from the FBI and ICE detained both my uncle and his stepson. My uncle, Israel, is the sole provider for his family—a role shared by many men and women who are detained or arrested while simply trying to go to work, fulfill their responsibilities, or return home to their loved ones.

Israel is a hardworking and honest man who has always put his family first. He is dedicated to providing for and taking care of his family. He regularly attends church and is known in our community as someone who does no harm to anyone. Israel has four young children, including a baby, and a devoted wife who are all anxiously waiting and hoping for his safe return home.

At this moment, we are in contact with an immigration attorney who has informed us that, since Israel does not have a deportation order, there may be an opportunity to request a bond for his release. This gives us hope that he can soon be reunited with his family. All donations received will go directly toward covering legal fees and the bond amount. Any remaining funds will be used to help his family with essential expenses such as bills, food, and rent during this incredibly difficult time.

En este momento, estamos en contacto con un abogado de inmigración que nos ha informado que, como Israel no tiene una orden de deportación, existe la posibilidad de solicitar una fianza para su liberación.
