Support Holland's NICU Stay

Hi everyone, my name is Annie Burris.

I’m asking for support for my brother and his family during a really tough time. My sister-in-law, Kerigan, had a difficult pregnancy and dealt with complications like hemorrhaging, throughout her pregnancy. At 33 weeks, she was admitted to labor and delivery showing signs of preeclampsia, and about a week later, her water broke. Their baby girl, Holland, made an early arrival at 34 weeks on September 17th, 

weighing 4.1 pounds.

Right now, Holland is in the NICU at Riley Hospital, where she’s receiving incredible care. She’ll need to stay there for at least two weeks, possibly longer. As you can imagine, this has been incredibly overwhelming for their family. As a new mom myself, I know how quickly medical bills pile up, and with an extended NICU stay, it’s even more challenging.

Along with caring for Holland in the hospital, my brother and Kerigan are also managing life at home with their 5-year-old, Huxton. Between medical costs, travel to and from the hospital, and time away from work, the expenses are going to start adding up fast.
