Aid for Henkel South Carolina team impacted by Hurricane
Donation protected
When Hurricane Helene swept through South Carolina it left behind a path of destruction that has devastated our communities. Henkel has operations in Enoree, Greenville and Greer, South Carolina that support our Henkel Adhesive Technologies business. We are relieved to share that our employees are safe, but tragically, we have members of our work family that have lost their homes or cars and are dealing with roads that have been washed away, and entire neighborhoods which are now struggling to rebuild.
Henkel has donated $10,000 to support the American Red Cross and partnered with local foodbanks to donate much needed funds and products. Henkel will also match 100% of employee donations for a total donation of up to $30,000. You must donate at Henkel’s special web page for your donation to be matched.
This GoFundMe page is a grassroots effort, started by Henkel employees, for Henkel employees—to directly support our friends, colleagues, and their families as they navigate the long road to recovery. We have formed a committee including the site leaders for Greenville, Enoree, and Greer that will direct 100% of the collected monies to either purchase needed materials (i.e., diapers, formula, clothing, etc.) or as direct monetary support to the affected Henkel employees.
Please share this link with anyone (inside or outside of Henkel) so we can help or colleagues during their time of need.
My name is Mark Cole, I’m the Global Technology Director for Hotmelt Adhesives, based in Bridgewater, NJ and have worked at Henkel for more than 30 years. I know how caring my fellow employees are about our coworkers. Any donation will be greatly appreciated
