Hello, my name is Suzanne, and I am reaching out to request support for my daughter Hannah, who is facing significant medical expenses and financial hardship while she is unable to work.
Hannah and her 3 year old son Mason were passengers in a single vehicle accident on January 3, 2026. Both were transported to a local hospital for emergency care. Mason was later transferred by ambulance to the Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, where he was treated for a fractured collarbone, a black eye, and multiple lacerations. He has since recovered well and has returned to his normal routine.
Hannah sustained extremely severe and life threatening injuries. Due to the seriousness of her condition, she could not be safely transported to a trauma center immediately. Emergency intestinal surgery was performed at the local hospital, during which she required multiple blood transfusions. Once stabilized, she was transferred to the nearest trauma center, where she underwent an additional surgery and was placed on a ventilator for five days. Hannah spent one week in the intensive care unit, followed by another week on the general surgery floor before being discharged. She was readmitted one week later due to complications.
Hannah is now home and continuing her recovery, which is expected to be long and challenging. As medical bills continue to arrive and she remains on disability leave from work, the family is beginning to experience significant financial hardship.
We sincerely appreciate any contributions no matter the size, it will make a huge difference in Hannah and Masons life.
Thank you for you prayers and support on her path to recovery
