Aid for Financial Loss Due to Car Theft for Hailey Clark

Hello!

On December 23rd, 2024 my sister, Hailey Clark’s vehicle(Custom 1993 Jeep Cherokee XJ), was stolen out of Redding, California. The next day the vehicle was recovered and an arrest was made in the theft of her vehicle, stolen parts off the vehicle, and personal belongings from inside the vehicle.

As of right now the insurance company has had the vehicle since the 1st of January and Hailey has not been able to recover any stolen items or see the vehicle but has been told my insurance the condition of the vehicle is a “total loss”. They are offering 1/5th of how much she has paid for and put into the vehicle in the last two months she has owned it.

Although we cannot replace the personal belongings of those containing a necklace with our mothers ashe’s and other various items I believe we can at least help with providing money for deductibles through insurance, to provide for a rental, or hopefully a reliable vehicle for the future.

Kia Utility Net (hangs on back of driver and passenger seat)

3 inch 12 Gauage Shotgun Shells - Box of 12 (mainly worried due to the people who have possession of them now)

Grand Trunk Hammock- Neon Green

2 Milk Crates (from walmart) - Neon Green (has snow chains, jumper cables, washer/5w30 oil/coolant fluids, 93’ Jeep Cherokee Manual), Black Crate (blue/purple aztec blanket, king size pillow black silk cover, Sacony Running Shoes (size 7/8 blue and pink)

Receipts and Vehicle Registration with my full name and home address

Federal Goverment Hats/Shirts/Uniform - Lassen National Park Fire Managament, BLM Redding Black Hat

Not everything from interior is listed due to amount of things I’m still trying to recall having in the vehicle. Just wanted to give a brief description of things I need to either replace or hopefully find.
