***We'll believe ICE is out of Minnesota when we see it!***

I teach at a non-profit school in the Minneapolis area, and I'm raising funds to help with March rent, utilities, and food for sheltering families.

These families have been relying on my school for help, but our resources are drying up because we've been fighting court battles to get back parents illegally detained by ICE. We've gotten 3 parents back successfully, but now the school is in debt from legal fees.

The M family needs $500 to help with March rent. Their dad was taken by ICE early on in the surge, and we're still trying to get him back.

The T family needs $1400 to cover March rent and utilities. Minnesota heating bills are expensive in winter! They need melatonin for one of their kids who can't sleep, and supplements to help with mom's pain until she can get to a doctor safely.

The D family needs $1800 for March rent; mom thinks she will have half at least, but anything would help. They would love games and art supplies for their kids.

The C1 family needs $1200 for March rent. The parents can't get much work, and they depend on volunteer rides to get them to work safely.

The C2 family has been sheltering at home for weeks. The mom would love some art supplies and activities for her kids.

I made a grocery run for these families today, which totaled $227. Any help recovering those costs would be wonderful, and any extra funds raised will go towards more grocery runs in the weeks ahead.
