Friends and Family,

This is Jamilla and many of you may have heard that my second home town of Falmouth, Jamaica was directly hit by Hurricane Melissa. The town and my heart is devastated.

Money from this go fund me will be sent directly to family and friends in Falmouth to pay for food, water, building supplies, medical and funeral expenses.

While my father is alive and well his home was severely damaged. So were the homes of the many kind and generous family and friends that care for my father so that he can stay in his home despite his illness.

The whole parish of Trelawny (like most of western Jamaica) continues to be without electricity, water or cellphone service. It will likely be months before things can be restored.
