Help Provide Emergency Relief for Residents of Jablanica

My beautiful hometown of Jablanica in Bosnia and Herzegovina was affected by a catastrophic torrential rainstorm overnight on Friday 10/4/24. The horrific rainstorm resulted in disastrous landslides and flooding that has left at least 18 dead in Jablanica. Many homes in the village of Donja Jablanica are completely destroyed and underwater, and dozens of families are displaced without anything. Authorities are still looking for missing people.

The proceeds will be directly wired to and distributed by my cousin, Amela Krečinić, who works at the only nursing home in Jablanica (“JU Dom za stara i iznemogla lica Jablanica”), who will then use the money to buy medical and necessary supplies and fix equipment used to take care of the dozens of patients in the nursing home. Extra money will be used to purchase clothing, hygiene products and other supplies for those left without homes in Jablanica.
