Aid for Darrel's Nursing Care Needs

I'm trying to raise some funds to help my dad, ( Darrel Huffman) get on Medicaid. Unfortunately he is going to have to pay some penalties in order to receive those benefits. He had a stroke 2 1/2 years ago and his health has progressively gotten worse. Now he is at the point of needing full time nursing care. Once he pays the initial penalty Medicaid will kick in and handle the rest of the expenses. Any help would be greatly be appreciated. Thank you for your help.
