It is with a heavy heart that I write this. Sadly, on December 21, 2024, we lost my brother, Daniel Eric Matney. He passed away very unexpectedly recently without life insurance, leaving my family with the unexpected hardship of final funeral expenses.

He was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, stepfather, step-grandfather, cousin, and beloved friend. He was a Sawyer for many years at Cox Interiors in Campbellsville, where he crossed paths and befriended many individuals. He suffered for many years after the loss of his only child, Daniel “Cody” Matney, but was still known for his big smile and willingness to help others.

As mentioned above, Daniel didn’t have life insurance, and our family has been left to pay his final expenses. We are reaching out to you, our friends, and our community to help us during this time. Funds raised will go towards funeral services, burial costs, memorial arrangements, and his final expenses.
