Hi everyone,

On 08-6-2025, my boyfriend, Damien , suffered a devastating leg injury. He tore his ACL, MCL, and meniscus, and also fractured his tibia. This has left him unable to walk or work for the foreseeable future. He will be facing surgery, months of physical therapy, and a long road to recovery.

In addition to the physical challenges, this has put a huge financial strain on us. With him out of work, we’re struggling to keep up with bills, medical expenses, and basic living costs. We’ve been doing everything we can — I’ve taken on extra work and side gigs — but the reality is that this injury has changed our lives overnight.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to help cover:

• Medical bills and physical therapy costs

• Rent, utilities, and groceries during his recovery

• Mobility aids and equipment to help him get around at home
