Hi, our names are Gerald and Jasmine. We were blessed with a wonderful son in September named Corbin Zayn. Corbin was born with a colorectal malformation, called Imperforate Anus, which resulted in emergency surgery at 2 days old placing a colostomy bag. With his condition, he had another surgery in February to correct his rectal connections, and a series of dilations after that. He will now be having another surgery to reverse the colostomy on April 11, which may require up to a week stay. These surgeries and procedures require the long drive (80+ miles one way) to CHOP in Philadelphia to assure the best care, they have a whole program that treats his condition specifically!

We are trying to raise funds to help us with the cost of gas, tolls, food, and possible hotel stays due to Corbin's ongoing medical treatment to assure we get the best care for him!
