Assist Jessica in Memory of Her Mom

My name is Jessica Palacio, and I’m heartbroken to share that my incredible mom, Cindi Weaver, passed away on June 27th after a very short but aggressive battle with cancer.

She was diagnosed in March with cancer in her spine, and within just two weeks, it left her paralyzed from the waist down. Everything changed so quickly. The cancer was aggressive and spread faster than we could have imagined.

Even while bedridden, my mom never stopped working. She continued preparing tax returns for her clients — something that gave her a sense of purpose and connection, even in her most difficult days. That’s just the kind of person she was: strong, loyal, and always thinking of others.

Now, in the midst of grieving, I’m also trying to manage the medical bills and final expenses that have piled up. I’m doing my best, but it’s been overwhelming.
