Hello everyone, I’m Donna, Christopher’s mother. I am starting a fundraiser to help him through a very difficult time.

Starting in June 2024, Chris woke up and his central vision was gone. He has been to several eye specialists, had an MRI, and needs another MRI with orbits and contrast. We still don’t have a definite diagnosis. We got him an appointment at Boston Eye and Ear, but as usual these days, it’s not until August. He has not been able to work since. With no income, his family has been helping him keep afloat. He has difficulty reading, watching TV, and going outside in bright sunlight, etc.

Christopher’s life was working; he loved his job and his coworkers. As some may already know, he was born with low vision to begin with, and now his vision is even more challenging. This has been emotionally and physically draining on him. He’s too proud to ask for help. We have applied for many services which take anywhere from 100-200 days. If anyone can help him out to pay his monthly bills, we would (and I know he would) be so ever grateful. He needs the support and love now more than ever. Every bit will help!
