I'm Stephanie, and I'm asking for funds for myself and my partner's current financial hardship. My partner Chris has been dealing with neurological medical issues for 6 years now, he suffers from a constant migraine that never goes away, along with severe vertigo and cognitive issues as well along with knee issues from failed knee surgery. Chris was able to keep working until his mind and body failed him and he was fired from his longtime full-time job (where he had been working for almost 20years) back in April 2025 due to his medical issues. I also suffer from physical and mental medical issues which doesn't allow me to work most jobs and have been looking for work, but have been unable to find something steady that I can do from home while also taking care of Chris. I did have quite a bit of savings and have used that to support ourselves since he was fired, however that money ran out this month September 2026. We do have a small business that we started in June 2026, we sell TCG cards and 3D-printed items but it's still fairly new and not making much money currently. Chris is also trying to get on disability, but had some difficulty due to his cognitive issues regarding the paperwork required, which resulted in a recent denial due to insufficient information provided , however he has since found a lawyer willing to take his case who only charges if he wins. We are asking for enough money to fully cover 4 months of rent and utilities, as well as our car insurance payment, money for gas and essentials to keep us afloat so we have some wiggle room while we figure out other options to support ourselves without losing our place to live or our main mode of transportation back and forth to both of our doctor's appointments.
