Hello everyone,

My name is Domenic Lepre. Unfortunately I am here asking for help for my former quarterback and his family. I coached Cash Bowman for many years and in 2023 he was seriously injured in a freak football tackle. He shattered his left hip and upper femur. The doctors performed multiple surgeries over the last few years thinking they had it right. Unfortunately, what happened to Bo Jackson happened to him. His blood vessels in the hip and femur never healed and never helped the injury heal. Now he needs a complete hip replacement. On top of that his right leg is now 3 inches longer than his injured leg. The specialists in New York have a plan to heal and fix him. But that is the bright side of the story. He will need months of rehab. His Mom has to constantly be by his side since he will be bed ridden for a few months. That means she can't work. The medical bills are reaching incredibly high levels and her being out of work for months will severely impact the family and it's ability to pay necessary bills like rent and utilities.

I know many people and programs reached out and helped a year and a half ago when it happened, but this young man and his family need help again. For him to have a chance to come close to healing and normal life, he needs help. I am asking you to please, share this, donate whatever you can and please help the family in what we are hoping is the last Hail Mary. He has gone through hell and back this poor kid. He deserves the chance at going back to school with his friends and having whatever can become a normal life. Whatever you can spare will be beyond appreciated.

We all hoped after all this time and struggle, Cash would be in a great place. Unfortunately he isn't. He is in the same spot he was the night of the injury lying there on that field, except he now has thousands in medical bills. And forget all the struggle with rehabbing and pain and surgeries. I pray this is the final path to normalcy, but his family needs your help.

I think of this young man every day and I pray for him constantly. He is one of the best kids I have ever coached or known. The type of young man you hope your son becomes. Dedicated, hard working, great leader and a talented player that gave everyone respect. I pray these doctors can heal him. I pray he goes back to school with his friends. I pray you folks can help.
