Aid for Caroline: A New Beginning After Loss

My name is Alison and I am setting this up for my 25 year old daughter. Caroline lives outside of Asheville. She has been devastated by the hurricane. She woke up yesterday to her apartment flooding. She and her roommates rushed up to the top floor with the clothes on their backs and their cats. The floods in her apartment came up to her light switches. She will have to throw EVERYTHING out. EVERYTHING! Her car was completely covered by flood waters. If you look at the picture, you will see a black circle around a white line. That is her car. She has no clothes, power, running water, cell service, transportation, food, or a place to live. The roads are all closed and we can’t get to her. I am so proud of her strength so far. But I am hurting for her so bad and feel the most helpless I have ever felt. Thank you for anything you are able to do. She has to completely start over.
