Aid for Canelo's Sudden Health Crisis

My name is Luis Miguel Hurtado. I have a dog named Canelo; his behavior changed suddenly two days ago. I thought it was a fear of fireworks, but he hasn’t changed. I usually walk him in the morning from 8-10am and in the evening from 5-7pm; I missed his morning walk by waking at eight and falling asleep while waking up at nine again. That’s when he was scared under the bed; I had to force him to eat and drink water as well as force a short walk for his bladder’s sake. I need money to take him to the vet because it’s serious now. I'll be thankful for the help. If u have extra cash from GoFundMe, I’ll use it for my dog only. I honestly don't know if he's sick or has been traumatized; I still haven't the source of the problem. After taking him to the urgent care center, they told me he has Degenerative disc disease (DDD), also known as intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), so I needed money for his medication and kidney plus.
