Hello, I'm Buddy Lee. I'm a 52-year-old vet that was injured on the job here in Oklahoma back in 2020, forcing me off work permanently now. Over the course of 5 years, I'm still fighting the case in court today, but it has cost me everything. I have no family of my own as I was a ward of the state growing up, so I had no one to really rely on throughout this ordeal. That's why I'm here to get whatever help is available, as anything would help.
I lost my apartment and had to sell most of my belongings to scrape by the best I could. I am now on a program through the VA that got me back into an apartment, so I have a roof overhead again finally, but no funds to furnish and make it home. I can provide documents confirming everything I just shared. As I stated, whatever will be appreciated because the last thing I had planned was to be starting over at my age. Plus, now I can't work due to the injury I received (torn rotator cuff from being run into by an automobile while I was working by our own customer).
