I’m writing on behalf of my brother-in-law, Brandon Willis, and my sister, Kimberly Willis. They currently reside in Virginia and are coming home on an emergency trip this week.
Brandon and Kimberly are the loving, responsible family members handling the after-life costs and arrangements for Brandon’s mother, Sandra, who tragically passed away in a traffic accident.
They are kind, hardworking people who now face an emotional and financial burden during an already challenging time. In just three short months, they are scheduled to move to Japan under military orders for a three-year assignment.
Originally, they had planned to return home from Virginia in October to spend time with loved ones before their departure. Sadly, those plans have changed. Sandra never had the chance to meet their son, Henry, and now Brandon and Kimberly are coming home much earlier than expected—this week—for an unknown length of time to take care of everything.
If you’re able, please consider donating to help ease the unexpected financial burden during this time of grief and transition. Any amount, no matter how small, would be a meaningful gesture of support.
Thank you for your kindness.

Please read a note from Brandon and Kimberly:
On Friday, August 8th, our beloved mother, Sandra Kay Willis, was tragically taken from us. While simply checking her mail, she was struck and killed instantly by an SUV traveling at a high rate of speed.
Sandra was a loving mother, a kind soul, and a light in the lives of everyone who knew her. Her sudden and devastating loss has left an unimaginable hole in our hearts.
In the wake of this tragedy, we now find ourselves facing the unexpected financial burden of her end-of-life expenses. We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support in helping us give our mother the dignified farewell she deserves.
Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and help ease the financial hardship during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
With love,
Brandon & Kimberly Willis
