I am an Austin TX musician what has become blind.I am very very ill. I have experienced seizures, severe loss of memory and motor control issues. I am unable to work as I am seeking professional medical help.

I need help to not be evicted. I can't cross a street with my vision and living on the street would kill me. Please help every little bit adds up.
